OUR TERMS

A chauffeur gratuity is at the discretion of the passenger unless otherwise arranged.

Tolls, parking, and all out-of-pocket service charges and expenses will be added to your bill.

Company Car tracks the landing arrival time of all incoming customer flights. We grant a 30-minute grace period after the touchdown of domestic flights and a 45-minute grace period for international flights. After the grace period expires, waiting time will be charged from the touchdown at $13.75 per 15-minute increment. Reservations will be released and charged including waiting time 45 minutes after touchdown for domestic and 60 minutes after touchdown for international arrivals. Special arrival arrangements can be made in advance.

Chauffeur's name and telephone number will be texted to passengers upon their arrival at a Cleveland area airport. For curbside airport pickups, call the Chauffeur directly with the door number and airport level at which you would like to be picked up.

Full fare including 20% gratuity will be charged to the customer’s account for cancellation within two hours of the reservation time.

No-show reservations will be charged the full fare including waiting time and 20% gratuity.

Meet and Greet Service at the gate or baggage claim is available for an additional $20.00.

Company Car ground coordinator service is available at a rate of $50.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

Stops en-route are charged at $13.75 each. Stops out of route will be billed based on time

Dedicated sedan tour rates are charged at $57.50 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

All Company Car vehicles are non-smoking.

Company Car rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservations are finalized upon receipt of this confirmation. A 50% deposit for any vehicle larger than a Sedan or SUV at time of booking. All deposits are Non-refundable for any vehicle larger than a Sedan or SUV. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation date will have the full amount of the trip charged to their account for any vehicle larger than a Sedan or SUV. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the reservation date for any vehicle larger than a sedan or SUV. Sedan & SUV reservations will be billed in full the date of service and can be canceled up to 2 hours prior to the reservation pick up time unless extensive drive time is required for the pickup then it will be 2 hours prior to the time the chauffeur must leave the garage to make the pickup on time.

Any parking or toll fees that occur will be charged to the client. The time that extends past the originally contracted will be billed at the time of occurrence in 30-minute increments until the client(s) reach the final drop-off point. Company Car’s liability for any reservation shall be limited to the amount of that trip. Company Car has the right to substitute vehicles of equal capacity in the event of mechanical failures. Any changes to timing, dates, or routing can change above pricing based on locations and availability.

AIRPORT PICKUP: Additional charges may incur for waiting time after arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 45 minutes after a flight lands, the passenger is not responsible for reporting flight delays we will track all flights and show up upon flights arrival, if no flight number is provided, we will be unable to guarantee we will not be late or arrive too early for a flight which could result in wait time. After 45 minutes there is a $1.50 charge for every minute of waiting time. If contact is not made to our office within 90 minutes after the flight lands a no-show fee of the full rate will be charged to the credit card on file. To avoid a NO SHOW fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance 216-861-7433 Additional stops are a minimum charge of $25.00 depending on deviation from the route.

EXTRA STOPS/WAIT TIME: Includes all airport transportation, Flat Rates, and Point to Point transfers. Extra stops are a minimum charge of $25.00 Depending on mileage and time.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. No smoking is permitted. The sanitation fee is 250.00. Passengers will not open any exits or windows unless an emergency exit is necessary if opened for any reason other than an emergency there will be a $300 damage fee incurred if the window or emergency exit breaks when being opened for non-emergency additional charges and fees will occur. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking and/or Vaping is not permitted.

Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

A lead passenger with full contact details is required for all reservations. All routing changes need to be made at least 2 hours prior to the pickup time for sedans and SUVs and changes for buses or limousines must be made at least 10 hours prior to the pickup time to guarantee those changes can be accommodated.
